Timestamping services
Timestamping certifies the existence of a document at a specific date.
Combined with an ASiC-S envelope, it provides enforceable proof of prior existence, useful for protecting your creations, inventions, contracts or any document whose date needs to be established with certainty.
By encrypting your document with Sigalion Vault before timestamping, you can store it securely, including on shared storage or in the cloud.
Your file never leaves your browser. Only its digital fingerprint (SHA-256) is sent to the timestamp authority you choose.
Your file is sent to the server to create the ASiC-S envelope, then immediately deleted.
For responses and tokens (.tst, .tsr), your original file never leaves your browser. For envelopes (.asics), the file is sent to the server for verification then immediately deleted.
